Due to government guidelines we are not able to offer face to face service for the next 14 days with our retail customers, but we are still here for you over the phone or email to look after your enquiries, take your orders and can offer free, contactless local delivery. For any of our customers outside the local area, other arrangements can be made to get your goods to you as couriers and freight companies are still operating. 24.01.2022 *** CMF SOLUTIONS COVID-19 UPDATE *** To our valued customers, We would like to update you on our current situation, policies & procedures in regards to the global pandemic of the Corona Virus COVID-19.... At the current stage, and until the government states otherwise, we are still open for business as usual, with a few important changes. We have installed multiple hand sanitiser stations throughout our building, and implemented a company policy in regards to hand washing, cleaning of surfaces and handling of goods. This policy includes handling of freight in & out, as well as vehicle and personal hygiene. When any goods are handled, we are ensuring full hand sanitisation before & after, so you can rest assured that when you are handling any parts received from us, we have done the best we can to help stop any spread of the virus. In regards to our regular visits to customer work sites, we have made the difficult decision to unfortunately limit these where possible for the near future, until we are satisfied that we can go back to normal. In saying this, we will still be available in store, on the phone and via email for all your needs, and with local couriers and freight companies still running, we can have your parts dispatched as soon as possible for you. At this stage we have not experienced any delays in getting freight into Tasmania overnight, but who knows what could happen with that moving forward. We will keep you updated with all orders and let you know as soon as we do, if there will be any delays in the freight.
