11.01.2022 And .... there is a well- documented history of improper surveillance of police by police https://www.abc.net.au//nsw-bugging-scandal-judge-/8127054

10.01.2022 I'm currently locked out of a myriad of accounts and the list grows day by day. My phone has been switched off for 3 weeks. Physical and electronic surveillance has escalated, coinciding with significant events in criminal proceedings involving one client. Data and files relating to clients on my desktop has been deleted or disturbed. Emails have disappeared. My home office is like Chernobyl. The current hardware tally is 9 PCs (including a new laptop), 1 IMac, 5 IPhone...s, 2 burner androids, 1 IPad, 1 smart TV and a MPC. It is not uncommon for police to seek to hide behind public interest interest immunity, especially if the defence is getting close to the bone with a subpoena or during cross examination. As discussed here, the law is very clear. It is not a shield for unlawful conduct and the courts will not protect you..... Despite multiple Royal Commissions and Inquiries, senior police, who should know better, simply don't get it. You are not above the law. So, where is your warrant ? https://www.smh.com.au//private-facebook-posts-illegally-h
