22.01.2022 Looking for something to do this weekend. We are running this Sunday the 4th August. Come for a train ride on miniature trains at Castledare Miniature Railway, we are just of Fern road. We start at 11:00 and finish at 2:30. 21.01.2022 Looking for something to do on Sunday? Our regular 3rd Sunday Run from Wilson Park station will see funds being raised to go towards bushfire relief to help our fellow Australians rebuild from the devastation that has occured in recent weeks. We will also have a couple of donation tins out, one at the ticket box, and another with our friends at the Canning River Cafe, so if you have any loose change and your sick of the rattling as you walk around, you know what to do :)

19.01.2022 We are running this Sunday!! So bring the little and big kids for a train ride around the banks of Canning River in Wilson. Just at the end of Kent Street, a minute walk from Canning River Cafe, and we start at 10am and finish at 1:30pm. Tickets are $3 for a child and $6 for an adult, multiriders are $24 each. Children under the age of 2 ride free with an adult. 19.01.2022 A shout out to all our loyal patrons, our first running day in 6 months saw the implementation of new covid procedures which do unfortunately cause some delays. We are working on this to improve the situation. All carriages are cleaned between every train ride, and trains are emptied one carriage at a time to minimise the number of people moving around the platform at any given time. We thank everyone for there patience while we go through these processes, and hopefully we ...are able to streamline things a little to reduce delays where possible. Above all else, stay safe out there folks :)

19.01.2022 Massive thanks to all our loyal patrons for their patience during the ongoing Covid 19 issues facing the community. Following a successful (unadvertised) "soft trial" last weekend CMR would like to announce WE ARE BACK! There are going to be a few things that are a bit different than you may have been used to but we ask for your cooperation and understanding in working with us so that we are able to run for your enjoyment and ours. Effective from the 4th of October we will be... running only from Wilson Station on advertised days until further notice. Ticket sales will be single ride and Eftpos only for the time being (subject to change). As we will be working to our Covid Plan please expect delays as every train is manually sanitized between train rides, and this may take some additional time. And finally please show consideration to your fellow passengers and our members as we deal with the new processes.

18.01.2022 Confirming Castledare WILL be running as sheduled tomorrow from Wilson Park Station. In relation to the Covid_19 virus, a decision will be made on future run days a bit closer to the time.

12.01.2022 Suspension of Services: As of today, and following this mornings anouncements from the Federal Government re the Covid_19 virus, we have reluctantly made the decision to suspend our public run days for the time being. This will be continually reviewed and as soon as practicable we will return to usual programming ;) . In the meantime to our members, friends and you, our valued patrons please keep safe and look out for each other.

03.01.2022 Castledare Miniature Railway (Inc), would like to advise that with the current changing of phases we are assessing ways for us to move forward with our run days and still be able to meet the government requirements. We ask you to please keep checking back and when we are able to have everything in place we hope to go back to running for the public, we apologies if this causes any inconvenience but we appreciate your understanding in these uncertain times.
