25.01.2022 Professor Marina Kennerson and her team at the ANZAC Research Institute at Concord, NSW have been working long and hard to find treatments for people with CMT and other neurological conditions. One of the unique things about Prof Kennerson is how she values and involves patients with neurological diseases in her research. She is not just a scientist but a humanist, with her research being motivated by her desire to help others. Indeed CMT Australia and the CMT Aussie Kids Program have been invited to Open Days at the lab ‘C-elebrating M-icroscopes T-ogether’. Watch this short video to find out more.

16.01.2022 This morning our CMT Aussie Kids Leaders Peter and Jillian Critchley had an exciting conversation with the Leaders of the Kids / Youth programs from the UK, Karin Rodgers and the US, Jonah Berger facilitated by our good friend and supporter Professor Marina Kennerson. They talked about the developments in each part of the world and agreed to work closely together on shared experiences and linking CMT youth across the globe. Peter and Jillian spoke separately with Marina about fostering similar CMT Kids programs across the Asia / Pacific Region. We are excited to see CMT Aussie Kids take on the world.
