24.01.2022 We're all back to business as usual in our new factory! Thank you everyone for your patience during this transition. We'll be replying to your calls and emails this weekend. We wrapped up the night by firing up our new Nighthawk controller on our Nighthawk CNC.... The job was generated in Easel and exported to the PC. It was then uploaded to the SD card on the nighthawk using our CNC3D Commander software and run! 4mm 2 flute straight cut endmill 2000mm/m, 4mm depth of cut. What a beast of a machine!

23.01.2022 We have put together this video as Easel has a mandatory Machine setup process for new users and users who have upgraded their Easel driver version. As we send out all of our CNC controllers pre-configured with the optimal settings for your machine, we thought we'd make this quick video on simplifying this process to minimize the chances of Easels Machine setup wizard overwriting important settings in your controller. This applies to our YouCarve, SharpCNC and Nighthawk machine users but will likely help a few others out too :)

07.01.2022 We've put together this handy video on how to correctly use router collet adapters for CNC machining. We've recently received a huge influx of questions regarding this process. These adapters are used when a smaller shanked endmill is needed to fit into a larger sized router collet. This video will likely be very handy for those with one of our YouCarve CNC Machines and other machines that use typical trimmer/routers instead of spindles....
