15.01.2022 Laura one of our wonderful customers recently got us to freshen up her beautiful bamboo fence and her kwila gates she had built a while back as the sun was having a large affect on the the materials sanded the gates back and restrained them preassure washed the bamboo and repainted them all black for a more model look .. We don't just do carpentry , we do those old jobs to freshen up the quality of the house to ensure you have that look all year round ..

13.01.2022 THIS ISNT OUR WORK THIS ISNT WHAT WE DO AS TRADESMAN IM HORRIFIED BY THIS JOB ! THIS IS NOT WHAT TO DO GUYS Doing a bathroom an after removing the old horrific bathroom that was done by a handyman . I can't believe the state n what they thought was okay to put in a bathroom !! ... Gyprock over the top of broken asbestos big NO in a bathroom Grout lines all different tiles hard up together Different height in tiles Timber an gyprock underneath shower as a bed

11.01.2022 C.N.D Constructions is on the move hard this week 2 days in and new beams are in , all the balastrates are done and a fresh coat of paint customer is overwhelmed by how quick and efficient and neat every is . So happy with the hard work from all the boys Yesterday we got the deck pulled up aswell and ready to be all fixed and reinforced with all new joists n triple grips and damp cousre for the moisture to help water run off .. here is the progress

04.01.2022 Last weeks work at one our regular customers houses at redland bay . now my way of how I'd like to do things but we this is what we had to work with materials customer supplied it came out pretty good for what we had to work with good old rustic look with a sleeper deck straight off the back door that slopped of dramatically into the back yard !
