25.01.2022 Theres no way around it, the most high level athletes tend to have a relentless pursuit of learning, mastering, and practicing the basics. More often than not ...its super boring, and isnt nearly as fun to post on Instagram. But, its what has to be done to stay at the top of their ability level and keep safe. Great coach - athlete pairs find ways to take this often not fun part of training and make it a regular occurrence.

21.01.2022 BREAKING: Italian RG manufacturer Pastorelli has been sanctioned by FIG over multiple breaches of rules. Quoting FIG's press release in its entirety: "The Di...sciplinary Commission of the Gymnastics Ethics Foundation (GEF) has sanctioned Pastorelli, the Italian manufacturer of apparatus and clothing for Rhythmic Gymnastics, for multiple and repeated violations of the FIG Apparatus Norms. The Disciplinary Commission, composed of Michelle Duncan, Paul Engelmann and Matthias Scherer, took the following decision on 26 September 2019: Pastorelli is warned and fined CHF 2,000 for selling FIG-certified apparatus to the Japanese Gymnastics Association either at the 2019 World Cup in Pesaro or at the 2018 World Championships in Sofia without a valid certificate, and CHF 5,000 for selling FIG-certified apparatus to the Israel Gymnastics Association in November 2018 without a valid certificate. The fine is to be paid to the FIG Foundation for Solidarity. Pastorelli is warned and fined CHF 3,000 for selling non-certified apparatus for use at an FIG event and/or events where FIG certified equipment is requested. The fine is to be paid to the FIG Foundation for Solidarity. Pastorelli must replace at its own cost all apparatus sold, either directly or indirectly, to clients who in good faith purchased FIG-approved Apparatus from Pastorelli that does not comply with the FIG Apparatus Norms. Pastorelli is warned for its delay in updating third-party distributors of Pastorelli RG handling apparatus on the changes to the FIG Apparatus Norms which took effect in January 2018 and its failure to demand that third-party distributors immediately stop advertising or selling apparatus manufactured prior to 1 January 2018 and/or advertising such apparatus as FIG-approved. Pastorelli is warned for its failure to promptly update its website in January 2018 when the new FIG Apparatus Norms came into effect. Pastorelli is required to immediately update its website and to ensure that only RG Handling Apparatus for which a certificate has been issued will be advertised as FIG-approved. The GEF Disciplinary Commission also recommends that Pastorelli should amend its website, brochures, catalogues and the like to include a warning that some of its apparatus are subject to the FIG Apparatus Norms which may change from time to time. Pastorelli is ordered to pay the FIG’s and the GEF Disciplinary Commission’s costs of these proceedings. Pastorelli has the possibility to appeal against this decision to the Appeal Tribunal within 21 days of receiving notification of this decision.

The inaugural Friendship Cup hosted in Switzerland attracted hundreds of competitors from all over the World. Good luck girls and stay tuned for results after judging! Clubs - Gold Ribbon - Gold Level 10 overall - Gold Emily - ‘preping’ and looking gorgeous! Bronze medal on clubs & 7th overall Level 9 Hanna - 4th Clubs and 5th Ribbon for Level 9 Junior! All 3 girls have ALREADY qualified for NSW 2021 State Championships! Wow

11.01.2022 We are so excited to announce Angelina as the silver medallist (Senior Int category) of the Friendship Cup - hosted by Baden RG, Switzerland 2020! This unique online competition secured more than 200 entries using the FIG code of points and age categories from pre-junior, Junior Int and Senior International. It was great goal for the girls to train towards and with Angelina scoring 15.800, 15.500, and a huge 16.200 for a total of 47.500 we were able to gauge her skill improv...ement over the year with international judges crediting her wonderful performances. And BTW.....the 1st place score was just 0.100 higher Emily & Kasumi finished with a very exciting 9th and 10th place respectively in the very difficult Junior Int category - given they are training level 9 & 7 we are thrilled! Alexa's results TBC as the competition has only gone live yesterday! Clubs entered from all over the World including Turkey, USA, Switzerland, UAE, Australia, Germany and many more...
