The COVID-19 situation is rapidly evolving and during this time our priority is the health, safety and well-being of our customers, our people and the community. What are we doing?... We are monitoring the situation very closely, and in doing so ensuring we will be continuing to deliver on our promise of industry leading service levels via what means are available to us. Business continuity plans are also in place, and are regularly critiqued as the situation evolves. All teams are taking additional precautions, with one being we are strongly encouraging all customers to take advantage of their home Branches extensive delivery fleet. What can you do? Where feasible, take advantage of your home Branches extensive delivery fleet. When visiting the Branch be conscious of personal space, maintain 1.5 metres distance where possible and avoid shaking hands. Implement healthy habits where possible, eg. Regular washing of your hands, disposing of tissues, etc. If you are exhibiting symptoms and have visited a Branch in the past fortnight, please inform the Branch accordingly.
