Step goal met by 10:30am..... winning!! 1/2 banana 10 cherries (I used frozen)... 1 scoop choc protein powder 1 Handful spinach 1 tbs chia seeds 100 ml milk of your choice 200ml water Ice cubes...... 01.01.2022 Who else is hanging out for midweek takeaway?! Try this homemade pizza using Mountain Bread as the base! Brush one piece of bread with a little water then place a second piece on top. Spread a little tomato paste, sprinkle mixed herbs then add your favourite toppings and a little mozzarella cheese. Bake at 180 degrees for 12-14mins, cut and enjoy!... My toppings were left over roast lamb, mushrooms, pumpkin, capsicum and spinach! I also drizzled a little garlic sauce YUM! Other topping combos I've had are tuna/sweet chilli/red onion and tandoori chicken/capsicum/spinach/red onion
