23.01.2022 Right, new year new me, last year I said I wanted to snatch over 100 again, it didn't happen, I got to 93, this year imma say it again. With a life time best of 122kg I'm not asking a lot of myself surely.... Will it happen? Maybe, hopefuly. ... 19.01.2022 Tried out @frog_grips and got +5reps on my best chest to bar set, coincidence? Is 20 good? What should the aim for? Or is max set less important than just consistency under fatigue? Hmmm deep thinking. Also realised I should have put my fingers in the holes when one started slipping out from my hand half way through, lesson learnt. 01.01.2022 Right, y,all loved my last one, so here you go, another rant for ya. Follow your f**king percentages. Now again, this is something I say, a lot, like annoyingly a lot, for you and for me. ... I know it's frustrating when you see someone else get a pb when you're sat there doing 5x2 at 85%, boring isn't it, but that's life. If you want to be good, and I don't mean get a few kilo PBS here and there, maybe add 5kgs to your snatch in a year, then plateau for the next year, get on an actual plan, follow it, PUT IN THE WORK. Here's a crazy idea to finish, each session you should make more lifts than you fail, I know, mad, but some of you have got that backwards.
