The one that believes in me, and helps me so much in everything. The one that brings me so much joy and always put smiles in my face. The one who fills my heart with love. I think one of the most important things in a relationship is to have someone by your side that lifts you up and give you wings ...to fly. I am so appreciative of this guy because if I didn’t have his support it would literally have never been possible.

20.01.2022 Turmeric and Ginger Tropical Smoothie 1 cup almond milk fresh or frozen banana cup fresh or frozen mango chunks... Tsp. each ground turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and cardamom 1 tsp honey (unless your fruit is really ripe and naturally sweet) 1 Tbsp. chia seeds dash of sea salt or pepper a few ice cubes, if you find it is too thick? Directions Add all ingredients in your blender. Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Adjust liquid to create your preferred consistency.

17.01.2022 Merry Christmas to all of you! May peace, love and prosperity follow you always! Healthy Ginger bread recipe ... INGREDIENTS Cookies 3 cups (310 grams) whole wheat flour*, plus more for work surface 2 teaspoons ground ginger 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon teaspoon salt teaspoon ground cloves teaspoon finely ground black pepper teaspoon baking soda teaspoon baking powder cup melted coconut oil cup unsulphured molasses (use regular molasses for lighter, somewhat spicy cookies or blackstrap molasses for very spicy, intensely flavored cookiesor a mixture of both) cup packed coconut sugar 1 large egg Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional) Lemon icing (optional) cup powdered sugar teaspoon lemon zest (optional, for intense lemon flavor) 2 teaspoons lemon juice INSTRUCTIONS In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, ginger, cinnamon, salt, cloves, pepper, baking soda and baking powder. Whisk until blended. In a small mixing bowl, combine the coconut oil and molasses and whisk until combined. Add the coconut sugar and whisk until blended. (If the sugar is gloppy and won’t incorporate into the mixture, warm the mixture for about 20 seconds in the microwave or over low heat on the stove, just until you can whisk it all together.) Add the egg and whisk until the mixture is thoroughly blended. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry and mix just until combined. (If it seems like you don’t have enough liquid, just keep mixing!) Divide the dough in half. Shape each half into a round disc about 1 inch thick and wrap it in plastic wrap. Place both discs in the refrigerator and chill until coldabout 1 hour, or up to overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit with racks in the middle and upper third of the oven. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. Lightly flour your working surface and roll out one of your discs out until it’s inch thick. If the dough is very hard or crumbly, just roll it as best you can and then let it rest for a few minutes to warm up. Repeat until you’ve successfully rolled the dough to inch thickness. Use cookie cutters to cut out cookie shapes and place each cookie on a parchment. Enjoy

12.01.2022 I end my year of 2019 with GRATITUDE For me, 2019 was a year of growth, lessons and beautiful surprises. Growing it’s not easy, we get uncomfortable and feel really confronted about the things we need let go in order to evolve and receive the new. ... I learnt things about fear and resistance, I learnt things about overcoming the fear and resistance. I learnt things about my weaknesses and strengths. I am a perfectionist and growing up I always saw that as my biggest strength, but 2019 gave me a gift as realisation that perfectionists are also procrastinators and that I held myself back so many times trying to achieve the perfect which do not exist and is nearly impossible to achieve. I learnt that there is beauty in being IMPERFECT, unique. I learnt that beauty is in being truthful to yourself. You don’t need to have common ideas and perceive things in the same way as everyone else. 2019 also gave me the most amazing surprises. The love of my life purposed to me . We are building such an amazing family with the help of our amazing daughter Mia (the cat, isn’t she cute?) We launched our first business/brand @brazilianbootyco which I’m so passionate and proud of. So Thank you 2019 for everything that you taught me and everything that you offered me. 2020 is already here and it’s already being such a special year for, with my family coming to Sydney for the first time. 07.01.2022 Homemade Granola Do you love granola? Me, too! Today I am sharing my favourite granola recipe with you, so you can have it for a snack, breakfast, with coconut yoghurt, smoothie bowl or as you prefer. ... This is truly the healthy granola recipe! It’s quick and easy to make, it’s naturally sweetened with (just a little ) maple syrup, and so flavourful and delicious. : 4 cups old-fashioned oats 1 cupraw almonds 1/2 cup of natural macadamias 1 pinch of Nutmeg 1 pinch of cinnamon 1 pinch of salt 1/4 Peanut Butter 1/2 cup melted coconut oil 1/3 cup maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2Coconut unsweetened flakes : Heat Oven to 350F (180C). Line a large baking sheet, and set aside. In a large mixing bowl stir together oats, almonds, macadamias, nutmeg, cinnamon and sea salt until evenly combined. In a separate pot, stir together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, peanut butter and vanila extract. Pour the coconut oil mixture into the oats mixture, and stir until evenly combined. Spread the granola out evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 min tired, stirring once halfway through. Then remove from the oven, add coconut flakes, and give the mixture a good stir. Bake for 5-10 more minutes, until the granola is lightly toasted and golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool until the granola reaches room temperature.
