21.01.2022 Meet Diane. (This is her story) I found Herbalife Nutrition by attending a fitness session at the park. The coach told me about this nutrition solution to help me achieve my weight loss and wellness goals. I was 29 years old, overweight and tried many things before without success. I had a poor self-esteem, low confidence and was not feeling good in my own skin.... I started with a Healthy Breakfast Pack. Immediately I was surprised at how good the shakes tasted and how my energy levels increased! Within a few days, I started to wake up before my alarm and was feeling great and I was no longer craving sweet foods. I upgraded to the Ultimate Program, added the protein powder, and went on to lose 8kgs in total and since then my body has kept on reshaping. On the inside, I feel good about myself and my confidence has increased. As I was feeling better and better, I started running and enjoying it for the first time, which was quite unusual! I completed half-marathons, marathons and up to a 50km run! Soon after starting on my nutrition journey, I wanted to help others feel as good as I was feeling and getting great results like I was having. I started to help a couple of friends and family (locally and overseas) around my full-time job and earnt $470 profit my first month! I am a geologist, working FIFO in the mining industry and love helping others achieve their own goals. My goal is to replace my full-time work to be a full-time Herbalife Nutrition coach. 21.01.2022 Easy Zucchini Muffins - only 155 cals! Makes 12 Ingredients ... 1 cups zucchini grated, 375g 1 carrot grated, 80g 125 g tinned corn 1 Onion finely diced, 90g 100 g thinly sliced leg ham chopped 1 cup wholemeal self raising flour 170g 6 eggs beaten 1 cup grated cheese 130g Instructions Preheat oven to 180C. Lightly spray a 12 hole muffin tin with cooking oil spray. Cook the onion in a non stick fry pan. Allow to cool. Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Mix until well combined. Divide the mixture between the 12 muffin holes. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until muffins are golden and a skewer comes out clean. Great served hot or cold. Recipe Notes 155 calories per muffin

01.01.2022 From: my girlfriend and fellow Herbalife Nutrition Coach Caroline. - So the dust has settled and this is how it went down yesterday as I continue to challenge my 54 year old body (54 feeling like 24 lol) proofing that age is just a number and that as a leader I do have to keep elevating and inspiring. The best way to do it is to lead from the front. ... Although I had some major & minor challenges all the way up to last minute wardrobe challenges .. it’s that what ever it takes attitude - make it happen no matter what... even with loads of stuff on your plate that you don’t think you can add one more stuff ... or with having to get your outfits in last min or wardrobe malfunctions...and even if you are not happy with how your peak week plan turned out for your body - you just have to step on stage and just do it even if you felt like you peak several days earlier lol sometimes the body just wants to do what it wants to do lol even when you are thinking to yourselve ... What were you thinkin!! you should just wait and forget it So I’ve certainly took the notes and will apply it to my next prep the lesson here is ... YOU STEP ON STAGE regardless, you do it anyways, follow through on what you committed to and you do it appreciating what you do have and what you can do I competed in 4 divisions .. here are the results: Bikini Pro Masters(40+) 1st Place Theme Wear Masters (40+) 1st Place Sports Model Masters Pro (40+) 2nd Place Evening Gown Masters Pro (40+) 1st Place I am super excited about adding 2 Pro Cups to my trophy case Thanks to everyone’s support and cheers in the audience and online.
