First up, is this silverbeet and dill pesto by @jescoxnutritionist of course! I may have went rouge and added extra coriander and parsley but I'm sure she won't mind!

20.01.2022 Naked Burritos Super quick and easy, these are a deliciously healthy (and fun!) dinner I simply filled a lettuce leaf with Mexican spiced pan fried chicken breast, cherry tomatoes, avocado, organic tomato salsa/sauce and a dollop of coyo. Wrap it up and devour! These are great for those looking for a gluten or grain free option without having to go for unhealthy substitutes. If you choose to eat dairy, you could swap the coyo for Greek yoghurt or just add in whatever you fancy!

I always make sure to add some sort of protein and or good quality fats to help balance out the sugar hit. Which is another way of saying, I get a bucket load of peanut butter on top
