12.01.2022 Today's snatch training session with personal trainer An Nguyen @instar_an. Today we focused on developing a strong bar line vertically through "insert name"'s first and second pull. After that we then introduced skill work with an empty bar to improve his receiving position of the snatch. Once There was improvement of skill we then moved into some heavier doubles and singles to top the session. Prior to our session today, on his last snatch session he attempted 50kg for 5 ...reps and missed 3 out of 5. After correcting some small changes with his snatch, he improved drastically only missing 1 repetition total and achieved a 55kg snatch, overall a huge improvement. Well done mate!
