20.01.2022 Men sometimes aren’t comfortable reaching out and talking about challenges they’re going through, or think it might be a burden for their friends if they do sha...re. If you’re concerned your mate might be going through some personal struggles, reach out to them. Even if they don’t answer or they don’t want to talk about it at that moment, they know that you are there for them when they’re ready to talk. Before you reach out though, make sure you’re ready to hear what they have to say and have the time to listen to everything they want to talk about. Our friends at Lifeline WA have developed some tips on how to help your mate if you think they’re doing it tough. If you or someone you know is struggling, please call 13 11 14, anytime.
