Enlightening recent research completed by the ICF and the Human Capitol Institute indicates highly expansive commitment to creating coaching cultures over the next 5 years, as a key strategy to support change management. The study harnessed feedback from a broad range of industry and size of organisation. It highlighted a strong shift away from "classroom training", which was seen as being relatively ineffectual in creating change, towards investment in having leaders with coaching capability, internal coach practitioners, along with increased use of external exec coaches, as the most beneficial change strategy of the future.
