06.01.2022 I'm a big believer in the 15 minute rule: setting a timer and doing the 'thing' that you've been putting off. Any step forward helps build momentum and is more than if I had done nothing at all. Read more about it in this blog post:https://www.becomingminimalist.com/15-minute-rule/

01.01.2022 I just got asked to share one of the affirmations I use for myself. On struggle days, it's mostly 'you're not insane' and 'you're okay' (as I take deep breaths to calm down my anxiety)... They're not particularly uplifting, but gee, I realised that I am pretty good at repeating the bad stuff:... 'I am a failure' 'This will never work' 'I don't know what I'm doing'. Those words are familiar paths to me - I've travelled down them often enough! I think that's why I really love the affirmation 'I am enough'. It helps me sit with where I am at (in all my feelings) and also have hope that I can grow. Do you use affirmations? Which ones do you love?
