25.01.2022 So very true indeed!

25.01.2022 Just spent the day in the city, it's beautiful this time of year, but has a way to wear down the very best of us. Please, be kind to yourself. Don't be too proud to sit on the pavement.xo

24.01.2022 Many don't want to admit this. Past the point of feeling the pain of being out of work or insecure in your job and resultantly putting up with all kinds of work bs at the moment. You may need to go out there and create an opening that doesn't exist! xo

23.01.2022 Read this today and thought I'd share. It certainly sheds light on the not feeling inspired to read, phenomena! Great to get such a talented neuroscientist break down the differences between fear and anxiety. Mostly, it would seem going easy on yourself, applies across the board.xo https://www.vox.com//oliver-j-robinson-interview-pandemic-

22.01.2022 So here's a little nugget of reflection - that may serve one of you. Does anyone else have someone like this in their life? Any thoughts on what's worked, as an alternate response? Would LOVE to know :) https://www.linkedin.com//activity-6664098822869913600-ZVUO

16.01.2022 Launching some new purposefully people led programs and celebrating some small wins. Frientorship Program trademarked and now Business Council recognised as a first! Sooooooo excited!!!

15.01.2022 Oh my gosh - sharing my super proud moment. Just finished up my LAND THAT PROMOTION Masterclass and 11 of my 13 clients in this time have landed their dream job! Was so worried online delivery would dampen my ability to serve you! Was really embarrassed to walk out and be greeted with flowers and hand written Thank You notes (thx Mel for organising it all behind my back!). Days like this I'm hugging my opportunity to add this value as my day-job to the moon and back!

14.01.2022 Ok, post-wise, its been a looooooong time overdue - I've been off busy trying to create (hopefully!) meaningful stuff for people really struggling in these emotionally heavy times. I'm still learning much and encourage you to post any thoughts/suggestions/general comments you might have on my little chat about emotionally conquering redundancy below: https://youtu.be/y3abPQbWvSg

11.01.2022 Finally. Step 1...of many: creating a space for passionate like minded souls in the community to connect, share and laugh. Can you believe creating a space here online was a tightly held secret fear of mine?!

07.01.2022 Just posted my first article on LinkedIn...I did say - I'd be slow to this whole social media showdown right?! :) I'd love to know what you think: https://www.linkedin.com//can-ego-re-purposed-so-what-end-

06.01.2022 WORKING FROM HOME: Not thinking much of it, I started to get pain in my heels. Speaking with friends I've realised I'm not alone. Yes, this is a real thing and if you have timber floor boards (as we do through much of our house), these exercises did work for me and might for you https://flip.it/ERwD-1

04.01.2022 I saw this today and had to share! Totally relate!!! https://medium.com//working-for-a-company-vs-working-for-y

04.01.2022 Wishing everyone a safe, delicious, inspiring and Happy Christmas! xo

01.01.2022 Heeelllloooo, ok so I'm attempting to spread myself less thinly! I realise that sometimes I hang out in my lil' world and forget that your wants and needs in the workplace change greatly. So here goes, if you could ask HR in your organisation anything what would it be or what HR support do you feel you're not getting? I've been creating some materials on Redundancy, Change Management, Paternity Leave rights, Driving your promotion, Bullying and how to progress a complaint etc.... I'd love to really hear what stuff you'd like to know - yet may feel too uncomfortable or don't trust HR enough, to approach. I've kind of become the go-to person for Senior HR professionals to approach with HR challenges and it's hit me that general employee's...you people's - also have loads of queries. As a commitment to this group: you raise it here and I'll answer it :) Win-win! See more
