10.01.2022 Big congratulations to Judy for joining up with us about a month ago. This morning she said she can’t believe how good she’s feeling from her effort in the studio. She’s climbing stairs the way she hasn’t in years, getting up and down from the floor much easier, lifting, carrying, lunging, squatting, pulling, pushing and says the biggest benefit is the increase in her energy! The smile says it all and we’re very proud of her effort and her results in the short time. Plenty ...more to come! Proof that age is just a number
