23.01.2022 Can you achieve over 1,100 MEPs in 11 days? From the 22nd of July to the 1st of August there will be an 11-day MEPS challenge running for Coaching Zone members! The rules are simple attend as many Coaching Zone sessions as possible, hit those yellow & red zones and see if you can achieve 1,100+ MEPS. A leader board will be kept in the zone to keep track of your progress over the 11 days.... On the final day of the challenge (Saturday the 1st of August) the MEP GAMES will be held! Awards will be given out for the Male & Female Zone member who achieved the most MEPS. As well as a MEP motivator award, for the member that exemplified the Coaching Zone culture the most over the 11 days. To register for the challenge, simply notify any coach before Wednesday the 22nd of July and get them to write your name on the CZ whiteboard. Challenge yourself, and kick start your new fitness goals with our 11-day MEPS challenge!

08.01.2022 6 day down of 11 in the MEP MANIA challenge and our top 3 have all passed 1100 meps! The goal is to hit 1100 meps over 11 days. Meps are rewarded based on your effort during your workout. The higher the heart rate, the more points per minute you accumulate.

01.01.2022 1st August CZ Games are here This Saturday at 10am the last day of the 11 day MEP challenge, the MEP Games will be held. This will be your last chance to achieve 1,100+ MEPs! Book through the app now! ... This CZ Games will be MAX calories in a team. Each team will be given a skierg, rower and airdyne to accumulate these calories on., with some bonus points added in. The specifics of the hour long workout will be given on Saturday. Awards will be given for the most MEPs achieved by male and female coaching zone members, for the duration of the 11 days. There will also be a MEP Motivator award. This award will be given to the member that has exemplifed the spirit of the zone and the challenege during the 11 days. Please remember to book in to secure your spot as the bookings will be closed 12pm Friday.
