25.01.2022 Partner Banded accelerations if there not in your program add them! They are effective for developing acceleration technique and the intent to move fast! When training for improved athleticism,howyou approach the work can be just as important as the execution. Important if you want to develop your power to avoid garbage yardage ie fatigue! ... If you are tired, there is little chance of your power training to be at the intensity or quality for it to be effective. However if your working on power endurance or intent to most fast in game like situations under fatigue then you need to train in those conditions. See more

He moved to Glenelg for a year before moving on to @westadelaidefc. In 2019 he played for @southaustralia in the under 18 national championships, as well as playing three reserves games. He went to school atSacred Heart College... Will was drafted to @hawthornfc with their first pick at number 13 Day's @afl career was initially hampered by the Covid-19 pandemic. As a young player coming into the system Day would normally start by playing with the Hawthorn affiliate@boxhillhawks , but because that competition had been suspended for the year he had to show his game with scratch matches against other AFL clubs. Will made his AFL debut in round 6, 2020, against@collingwood_fc at@gwsgiants Stadium he went on to play 11 games for the season! * Will received a rising star nomination after round 16, 2020 & received best first year player at the Hawks
