The scary thing is the amount of sugar we consume unknowingly in our everyday foods... With some of these foods marketed at being "good foods" or "healthy" and "Diet" But it's all O.K. We can easily find out what we and our family's are consuming... Just takes a little reading

06.01.2022 My fitness journey has spanned over four years now, with alot of lessons learnt along the way!!! With mistakes slowing progress and even hindering goals.... I have failed and I have triumphed.. I have personally experienced the long and sometimes lonely road to recovery..... So when i say "I know how you feel" I mean I know how you feel!!!
