25.01.2022 Project Mayhem was a great idea and I tried to execute it... But it was a failure! The main reason it was a failure was I didn’t put in the hours at the gym telling people about it.... I set my little stand up and assumed people would come to me! The old ‘build it and they will come’ trick! BUT they didn’t come! However even though it did failure in regards to signing people up to my semi private sessions. I learnt a lot about myself and what I need to do if I want to do something like this again! The hardest part of all of this is the fact that so many people have said it’s a great idea and it looks like I am doing well! It’s funny how people’s perceptions can be very different to reality! I have found it extremely hard going back to full time Coaching in a gym and having to generate my own team members. Over the past 2 years I have been focusing more on the back end stuff for other companies with all the potential customers being brought to me! I then just had to show them how amazing what I was offering was! Now! Now I am selling (hopefully) the best thing out, myself!! With all the being said, it is one of the hardest things I have ever tried to sell! Plus, I’m not selling myself but my knowledge and abilities to help a team member get the results they want. Whether that be fat loss, muscle gain or simply feeling better! Isn’t that the best product going around?! Health?! I guess not... Because I struggle to convince them that I can help them achieve that! Now, I know my salesman’s skills need improving and I could always do things better but shit, I’m not selling snake oil here! I’m selling results! I’m selling a solution! The reason I share this with you all is to highlight that it isn’t all happy Insta stories and Facebook posts! Business is hard and you will attempt things that fail! Just like in everyday, you will attempt things (like going to the gym) and you might fail! And as the good old Rocky saying goes ‘It isn’t about how many times you get knocked down, its about how many times you get back up’ Hopefully this can inspire someone to try something even though it might fail! 24.01.2022 First photo- No pump, no flex! Just standing with good posture Second photo- 90 minutes of Arms with the biggest guy in the gym! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Since I started training, the goal was to always put on more muscle!... Of course when I first started I really didn’t know how (insert joke in comments about how I still don’t) However over the last few years I haven’t focused on putting muscle as much. More about getting better at either Kettlebells, mountain biking or now BJJ! But to say I haven’t always care about how I look would be a lie. No matter what training I do, I want my hard work to show. Over the past 3 months I’ve been working hard to become stronger overall and guess what, I look better because of it! Feeling pretty happy with my body at the moment! I am stronger and leaner then I’ve ever been! Big shout out to Callum for taking me through an arm workout! Because if I want to be the bigger, I have to train with the biggest Coach

18.01.2022 Meelis working on his pull ups last night! He is training to join the Army. To help prepare him, I have programmed pull ups... Lots of them! ... Using the band allows Meelis to get more reps out. Giving him assist at the bottom phase! When you do it, make sure you set the step or box to the side and step out into the band

16.01.2022 Well Done to Shawn Skinner for losing 11kgs in 8 weeks! Shawn was consistent over the 8 weeks. Come a minimum of 5 times per week! He came to every session with me eager to learn and also a positive attitude! ... A big shout out to his partner as well, Loren. Who was right there next to Shawn! I look forward to seeing both of their journeys in and outside of the gym!

05.01.2022 Today I have weighed in for the first time in 8 weeks. Using the InBody scanner. Now, while these are great tools to give you more than just total weight, they aren’t perfect! Do 1 scan, jump off and have a glass of water and have another scan... The results will be different!... In saying all that, over the past 8 weeks I have been focusing on my hydration overall. However, I aimed to make the conditions the same as the last weigh in. Only a small glass of water in the morning upon waking up. Fasted from dinner the night before. Weighing in around 8-8:30am And the results are in!!! Gained 4.2kgs overall weight Gained 4.2kgs muscle Dropped 4% body fat Dropped 2.7kg of body fat Things the scale doesn’t show: Feeling much better Sleeping much better (even while doing shift work) Feeling much stronger Actually much stronger; all weights have been going up! Overall mood improved Overall happiness improved I am very happy with the results of the past 8 weeks! I will continue to train the way I am. It seems to be working... Very well! A massive thank you to Liam for coaching me over the past 5 months! All the hard work is really starting to show! Coach

03.01.2022 After yesterdays post I show this and thought I’d share it with you! Thomas Edison made 1000 different variations of the lightbulb, all of this failing until he finally created one that worked! He was asked about all these failures by a report to which he famously replied ‘I didn’t fail 1000 times. The lightbulb was an invention with 1000 steps’... So I am taking this as another step on the journey. Not that I know 100% where this journey is going but I am taking steps in the right direction! Coach
