06.01.2022 Yes, and at times you wonder why things take such a looooong time to achieve. Why is the process sooooo lengthy . How can I make it move quicker !!!... What's wrong with me !! Well, you can't. You don't put a seed in the ground today and the following morning , oh, here's a flower. You can't change habits, way-of-thinking and behaving you've used for many years, and expect it to shift in one month, three , six or longer. This one reason Diets Don't work. There is no EXPRESS service. For things to change and last for ever, they must be examined on a ' root ' level and be ' treated ' appropriately. Only then will they be re-build on new, fresh ' foundation ' to last a life-long. When you join the army, you don't get to wear official uniforms, before undergoing a period of ' tears and sweat ' mentally and physically. And only then, you get to enjoy the ' fruit of your labor '... And that is where the full benefits appear.... satisfaction on All levels of life. Stay the course. Give it everything you have and been guided for. It will all be worth it. BECAUSE.... you are Worth it. Trust the process.
