24.01.2022 I had the pleasure of meeting my competition winner @mrsezza87 last week. We have been through her consult and smashed out her first session. 15.01.2022 Happy Saturday weekend warriors!!! It may have been dark outside this morning at 630am but the future is bright at paragon performance and conditioning for these bootcamp champions!!! I snapped this sneaky photo halfway through their core set. Core exercises for today included bicycle crunches, flutter kicks, russians and suitcase crunches. 20 of each continuously for 6mins! No resting allowed!!!! give it a try over the weekend! Let me know if you survive! Next bootcamp starts on the 29th of July! Spaces are already filling up so be quick to jump on board!!!
