19.01.2022 August 2017 vs. October 2019 (This is a 2 minute read...) Noooo, this post isn’t for me to show you guys my progress. This post is here for me to exemplify the importance of CONSISTENCY!... You have to be in it for the long haul. I’m a firm believer in doing things daily which are going be tailored towards the successes we reap in the future. It should be an imperative that we set ourselves up to win at all times. You can’t build a better tomorrow without building and laying the proper foundations for it today. Period. Over the two years, my approach to life, health and fitness has changed dramatically. Some key changes for me since have been: Striving to be an educator I want to be able to foster and nurture greatness in others by empowering them with the tools and strategies that I never had. I want us to all elevate and own this one life that we have. Treating myself like a project the only way we can learn ourselves better is to go on an ongoing journey of testing and re-testing hypotheses about every possible aspect in our lives. We will never know unless we try. It’s either a win or a lesson. Functional nutrition only eating whole foods that help enhance my performance. Nothing more, nothing less. I rarely eat things that serve no purpose to my performance. Revised training methodology understanding quality human movement and training with a renewed mindset. I haven’t been injured in over 2 years and I’m moving and feeling better than ever. Education seeking mentorship and being engaged in the lifelong journey of learning. There’s always something new to learn. Everyone has a story to tell and share. Whether the story is good or bad isn’t the point, because our experiences with other people help build and shape our character. Again, it’s either a win or a lesson If you made it this far... I appreciate your undivided attention. I hope you are able to undertake a journey of continual positive transformation and become the ultimate badass version of yourself See more

12.01.2022 60 box jump It’s a number I’ve tossed in my head for the longest time and I have always wanted to hit it confidently because it just sounds so much better than 54 or 57. I’ve hit it once, ages ago in 2017, and I’ve never gone for it again since In my head, I just couldn’t see myself getting it, because 57 always felt quite difficult and I always felt that I just barely scraped it but then the other week, I just said, fuck it and went all in for the 60 and landed it. FINALLY. 63 next...

07.01.2022 Education is always at the forefront of my coaching philosophy. A house must be built on solid foundations if it’s to last To have a platform at @massiveworkouts where I am able to help teach others, and provide them with the tools and strategies to nurture their growth is the best shit ever. How often do you get to squeeze in physics and the sneaky Pythagorean Theorem to people? a + b = c

03.01.2022 Had the privilege of being the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Marconi Club Stallions Women’s soccer teams for the past 7 weeks for their early Pre-season! Looking forward to the next 9-week block after the Christmas break, leading into their Competitive Season for 2020 I am so grateful for being able to grow together with such a beautiful bunch of bright, highly-driven and motivated athletes and help them realise their potential as great athletes. I hones...tly can’t wait to see what’s still left in store as we continue to work together to become more intelligent, fitter, stronger and healthier athletes on both the physical and mental spectrum. Love you girls with all my heart and energy See more

02.01.2022 The gift that keeps on giving. I love this journey of learning, both through education and through experience so damn much!!! Learning is the only thing the mind never exhausts, never fears and never regrets. I’m still learning from Team Massive, and every day I walk away with practical gems and more ways to improve my ability to communicate and understand people better to help them get the most out of every day they show up
