24.01.2022 All the wayyyyyy from the USA! How’s this for a TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY from @thompolden I bloody love sharing client success stories ... Especially when Tom Originally came to me with chronic gut health problems Excess stored abdominal fat Even painful stomach cramps Plus lack of daily energy, debilitating mood swings, and low self confidence as a result of constant gut issues Not your standard run-of-the-mill fat loss story But week in, week out, Tom checked-in with me with a great attitude, and even better results! Tom achieved these amazing results in just under 12 weeks of online nutrition coaching All whilst studying full time and living in a bloody foreign country! As his physique developed and leaned out every week, Tom built up the confidence to try new things out of his comfort zone Brand new training styles New understanding of how different foods affect his body And most importantly HIs gut was healed and his body fat drastically dropped with the power of food I’m bloody proud of all your efforts mate and excited to see what you achieve in the future! You’ve built a very impressive physique and it’s only going to get better and better Now stay away from those frat parties #FatLoss #Adelaide #Coach #Nutrition #Trainer See more

22.01.2022 The vast majority of new clients I speak to share the exact same goal. In fact, you probably even share this same goal. Let me guess..... You’d like to lose a bit of fat and tone up. Especially around the stomach. How’d I do? This is a very sensible and realistic goal for a lot of you. So why do I see so many of you on the damn treadmill instead of in the weights room?! Yes, especially you females reading this. Adding more muscle onto your body is very much like adding more cylinders to your car engine. You’re essentially upgrading from a 4-cylinder m go kart; to an 8-cylinder beast. And just like V8s are notorious for chewing through petrol - your body will chew through calories in much the same way. Even when idling, or driving around casually, you can feel the fuel being injected into the engine of a V8 getting burnt up to provide movement. This is the same as your body. Even when you’re sitting on the couch, or walking between the aisles at the supermarket, or standing in line for a coffee - if you have more muscle - you’ll burn through more fuel. Which means you’ll burn much more fat, with much less effort. And just like you watch the petrol gauge in your car go down as you burn more and more fuel. This is the exact same way your body works with stored body fat (fuel). Your body fat (petrol tank) goes down as your muscles (engine) use more and more calories (petrol) moving you around. Starting to see why you should be lifting more, and running less to lose fat and tone up? Simples. For any help with your fat loss goals, slide into my DM’s. Tag a mate a below that needs to get off the treadmill and into the weights room below. #Adelaide #Trainer #FatLoss #Coach #Nutrition See more

22.01.2022 Merry Christmas you beautiful people! Wishing you all good laughs and even better food with all your loved ones. From our family to yours

21.01.2022 Ok ladies, just in case you still didn’t know.. There’s basically zero percent chance that you’ll put on too much muscle from lifting weights. Stop stressing about possibly getting too bulky.... I’ve been trying to get too bulky for 10 years and still haven’t got there. And I try bloody hard! In fact, try your absolute best to turn yourself into the hulk. I promise you that your results will absolutely go through the roof if you do. Focus on building strength, muscle, or skill, instead of burning calories. Focus of nourishing your body, instead of depriving it. Lift heavy weights 4 times per week for 3 months straight. Lay off the booze. Maximise protein. Time your carbs around your workouts. Sleep well and walk often. After this, watch your body start looking the best it’s ever looked. Thank me later. 20.01.2022 It baffles me that in 2020, people choose to live in the past. Let’s just say you felt a little bit cold tonight Would you:... A) Sharpen your best axe Head out to your nearest forest Hack down a tree Chop it into pieces Start a freaking fire and use your freshly cut timber to warm you up OR B) Turn your heater on? With modern technology and an evolved society; You’d be a bit of a weirdo if you chose A. So why on earth do people still voluntarily choose to pay good money to shitty coaches For sub-par meal plans that don’t allow for any flexibility like it’s 1980? Nutrition plans that expect you to eat nothing but outdated rabbit food and bland meats for months on end with no cheat meals? Science has come a long way in the last 50 years that fitness and fat loss has really boomed. In this time, it’s been irrefutably proven by science that you can lose fat while enjoying foods you like. Without having to feel guilty for eating with friends and family, Without getting a ‘hall pass’ to enjoy Christmas Day foods without anxiety and confusion. If your eating plan doesn’t allow for flexibilty in 2020, you don’t have a meal plan. You have a recipe for failure. And you need to find a better coach. Change the stigma. Stop living in the past. Put the axe away and save the trees. #Nutrition #FatLoss #Coach #Adelaide #Trainer See more

20.01.2022 Absolutely flogged myself for a 6.5-hour final session in the gym yesterday before they closed their doors. Love a good shoulderlegchestbackarmab day. Joking. Or am I. ... Of course I am. Training that much would be completely unnecessary. And stupid. And yet, I’m here to remind you that none of the following are necessary to build muscle/lose fat: - eliminating any food - cardio - cutting carbs - supplements - going keto - not eating after 6pm - following Vegan Vanessa, Paleo Patrick, or Detox Danny’s nutrition plan The good news is that by now you should know that being miserable doesn’t work. More good news is that those experiences have taught you being extreme isn’t necessary. Now you just need the mindset shift to find your forever solution. And to stay away from stupid diets. And stupid shoulderlegchestbackarmab training. For any help getting in shape while the gyms are closed, slide into my DM. Anyone else wear knee sleeves to do biceps like @blake.carterz and I? 19.01.2022 The easiest way to fuck up your fat loss This is something I witness way too often. You have an almost perfect week.... You plan and cook your meals ahead of time, stick to your meal plan and stay in a caloric deficit. So far, so good. Then the weekend comes, and you ruin all your hard work by being complacent, and making poor food choices. A bit of smashed avo here, a few wines over there, and a celebratory dinner out with friends for all your hard work during the week. Sound familiar? Even though you’re perfectly strict with your diet and training during weekdays; weekends can completely destroy your progress - and leave a lot of you honestly confused as to why you can’t lose fat. So what happens when you’re in this yo-yo of restriction and bingeing? Overall, at the end of the week you’re actually in a calorie surplus. Meaning you’ll gain weight. But you’re human. If you’re reading this, chances are you’re coming out of this lockdown weekend with a few extra kilos. Being confined to the inside of our own homes (low activity levels) + overindulgence/boredom eating + skulling cruisers like it’s going out of fashion (Adelaide joke) = a pretty perfect shit storm for fat gain . But in future, if you’re going to loosen up the reins on your diet over the weekend, make sure you plan ahead and be mindful about your calories. This means saving up your calories during the week, so that you can enjoy weekend festivities with family and friends. Guilt free. And staying on track. Losing fat quite simply comes down to this, Your fat loss progress relies on you being in a caloric deficit; and being committed and consistent throughout a decent amount of time. What’s the point of starting a fat loss goal and taking one-step forward during the week; just to take two-steps backwards on weekends. 17.01.2022 If you went to the vet with your dog And the vet said the dog needed to lose weight for it’s health, What would you do?... Juice cleanse? Fat burners? Hire the services of an instagram-famous dog? (I hope no dog owners said yes to any of those) OR Would you just walk it more and feed it less? If this same furry little friend, or even a person that you loved, Had the chance to live longer, improve their health markers, Reduce disease or to simply improve their day-to-day living, You would never in a million years offer this loved one a fad diet or gimmick. So stop doing it to yourself. You can look for short-cuts all you want, But if short-cuts worked Would we really be in a worsening worldwide obesity epidemic? If the same old fad diets worked, would you honestly be re-attempting your fat loss goal for the x amount of time? Short cuts usually end up costing clients more time and energy. They could have hotter goals properly in the time it took them to drink their 26th juice in 4 weeks. Do it once. Do it right. Don’t overcomplicate the basic stuff. Find a coach. Put your ego aside. Seek help. Get a plan. You’ll be able to drop fat and keep it off a lot faster than trying to find easier alternatives all the time. Walk your dog. Stop giving it treats if it starts getting a bit chonky. Now apply the same principles to yourself. 16.01.2022 INCREDIBLE real-client transformation from @ndoherty13 Swipe across, you have to see it to believe it 13 massive kilos down in just 12 weeks! ... All while juggling a high pressure job, lots of travel (even through Covid), and being a full time father and husband. Week in, week out, the only thing more impressive than your work ethic in our sessions, Is seeing your body-fat come down every single week in your check-ins All while asking for minimal changes to your menu because you’re enjoying the foods so much If you’re reading this and thinking of getting in shape in 2021... Are you really okay with being another statistic of waiting until the new year But then not actually doing anything when the nee year arrives? Don't be THAT person. You keep meaning to do something about it but then something always comes up. Don't let it. You don't want to keep saying the same thing over and over again and doing nothing about it. One of the most common phrases I hear from clients is "I wish I had done it sooner". Once you start seeing results it feels amazing. You have more energy. You feel more positive. You have a better quality of life. Who doesn't want that? You know you hate the way your clothes make you feel. You know you felt your best when you were fitter and healthier. So what's it going to be? You don't need a new year to make a change. You need a plan. If you are ready to change your life, change the way you move your body, change the way you're ruled by food and change the way you think for good then shoot me an email to start a chat in confidence. 15.01.2022 Dieting is a fickle beast. Some days, eating just enough chicken, rice and vegetables to function is no problem. Other days, the overwhelming need to eat an entire pizza is almost too much to handle. ... Thankfully, any diet in the world should be able to incorporate a motivation-saving cheat meal. A free meal that allows you to indulge in whatever your heart (and taste buds) desire. Almost sounds too good to be true right? But cheat meals are actually an essential physiological and psychological tool to help a healthy diet. Ask any of my clients. Each and every one of them are recommended to enjoy a cheat meal with their friends/family each week. Having said that, there’s a right way to do a cheat meal that will aid in weight loss. There’s also a wrong way that could end up hindering your overall fat loss goal. Life is way too short to be constantly restricting yourself. And let’s be honest - food is one of the best parts about life. Eat the cake. Grab a second plate. Feel guilt free. One step backwards, for two steps forwards never hurt anyone. If you’re following a diet that allows for no freedom or enjoyment; that’s not a meal plan. That’s setting you up for failure. #FatLoss #Trainer #Adelaide #Coach #Nutrition See more

14.01.2022 If you forget to brush your teeth this morning. You are disgusting. Kidding. Kinda. ... But really, if you simply forgot to brush your teeth today - would you wait until Monday to start over again? No. Or at least I hope not. That would be silly. But when it comes to dieting, you guys seem to do this all the time. Changing this mindset can go a long way. So many people are all or nothing with their nutrition and fitness. But honestly, the difference in results between being 80% on point with your diet, and being 100% perfect - really isn't that big. At all. But so many people feel like they have failed when they eat something that isn't part of the plan. It’s called life. It happens. If your response to this is to simply get back on track on your next meal, these little bumps in the road don't really matter. But if your response is to binge eat, and continue down that path because you have "failed" - then it is likely making it much more difficult for yourself down the line. Next time you you feel like you’ve screwed up your diet, just remember this small shift in this mindset can help improve consistency. Better consistency will always have a bigger impact in helping you achieve your bigger goals. Please share this around if you think it can help someone you know For any help with your nutrition or fitness goals, shoot me an email [email protected] #Adelaide #Trainer #FatLoss #Nutrition See more

14.01.2022 Time for some real talk. You don’t earn calories with exercise. You’re not a dog performing for a treat. ... So why do you only eat certain foods AFTER you exercise first? Restricting foods for post workout only and telling yourself that you need to earn calories are forms of disordered eating. That’s right, you’ve likely given yourself an eating disorder - even though you had good intentions of moving your body before having a treat. Not only is this setting yourself up for failure, but it’s also a very false premise. Exercise makes up only a VERY small percentage of your total daily energy expenditure. Feeling like you earned more calories, just because you worked out in the gym, often leaves you spinning your wheels and making no progress. Your body is pretty damn smart so even if you increase the amount of time you spend in the gym, your body will absolutely compensate with less subconscious activity. Meaning you’ll move less the rest of the day without even realizing it. There are plenty of strategies to increase total daily energy expenditure without killing yourself in the gym for hours but that’s not the point of this post. I’m talking about your mindset around food. You earned your calories by being alive. And there are no foods that can only be consumed if you trained. If you only eat your favourite foods after you spend a few hours sweating it out in the gym first, what on earth are you going to do if you want to go out for breakfast and dinner on the same day? Feeling guilty about eating your favourite food without training is a bad relationship with food. It’s not sustainable and quite clearly, the cons outweigh the pros. Instead, you should be trying to learn how to create dietary freedom while achieving the results you want. That’s the simple truth on how to get LASTING results. No more yo-yo dieting or putting on weight that you’d lost. Now remind yourself - you’re not a dog performing for a treat. If you’re struggling with your nutrition, shoot me an email in my bio to see if I can help See more

13.01.2022 In my line of work, I’m not impressed by people that lose 4 kilos in a single week. But I’m super fucking impressed by people who lose only 400 grams per week for 24 weeks in a row! Which is exactly what this great man @dharvey.95 has done! ... 45kg fat loss in just over 5 months is absolutely incredible. No if’s or but’s about it. All while working full time, managing covid lockdowns and no gym access, and playing cricket with the ever-looming temptation of post-game beers. In a world full of convenience, temptations and instant results - I take my hat off to those that choose to show up, day in, day out to finish what they start. Anybody can fucking quit. That’s easy. Scales gone up this week instead of down? Most people would throw in the towel. But to say I’m going to get under 100kg body weight for the first time in 10 years; and I’m not going to quit. That’s the sign of a true champion. I’m so fucking proud of your work ethic and consistency. Not just as your trainer, but as a mate who’s seen your tee shirts get baggier and baggier, and your smile get bigger and bigger each time I see you. Your health, and your future thank you for choosing to take this journey on. I’m sure I speak on behalf of all your mates and family - you’ve shown us what real grit and determination looks like and I can’t wait to see some abs on you in another 5 months time! Enough soppy stuff, get ready for leg day Wednesday brother See more

13.01.2022 Every now and then You see a car that stands out on the road. You turn your head when they drive past.... You can’t really miss them. But for all the wrong reasons. Gigantic spoilers on little Hyundais Offensively loud exhausts on 20 year-old Commodores $5000 rims put on a $2000 Honda You get the point. There comes a time when more does not equal better. And this can be carried over to your fitness and fat loss goals. After having an interesting chat with a friend and client He admitted he’d never been able to crack the sub-10% body fat mark; no matter what he tried. Now this guy is a successful business owner/entrepreneur, In an industry that often requires boozy lunches and calorie-dense dinner meetings in the newest restaurants, bars and clubs. I know. Tough life. Even with such a social calendar and extremely flexible diet that comes with his work, He has managed to achieve very impressive changes to his physique. But to get into that ominous ‘10% body fat or less’ zone, He would need to sacrifice a lot more of his daily enjoyments. Anyone would. Once you hit low levels of stored body fat, your body is smart and is reluctant to burn the last bit of fat because it’s trying to protect you. Back in the day, if you didn’t carry enough fat to insulate your body temperature - you’d freeze to death. These days, to get under that 10% body fat mark, it requires big sacrifices: Hours of energy output (cardio or training) Give up your favourite foods Basically no alcohol consumption Not go out to lunches or dinners Eat the same 5-10 foods for weeks/months at a time. A bodykit on a Mitsubishi isn’t always better. More visible abs isn’t always better. Sure, you could do these and get magazine-cover shredded. But would the cons outweigh the pros? Think bigger picture. See more

10.01.2022 Join me in a quick laugh at myself over this failed front squat attempt. You’d be happy to know that I didn’t hurt myself. And more importantly, I’m completely ok with sharing this embarrassing video of myself to the world. ... I mean, if you can’t laugh at yourself, there’s seriously something amiss in your life. And caring about what people say about me? Well. The greatest prison people live in, is the fear of what other people think. And I absolutely intend on staying out of jail. Taking ownership of all aspects of your life is true power. Good and bad. Giving others the power to impact you with their opinions and thoughts is a never ending form of self-torture. And you have complete control to take that power back from strangers’, friends and family. In every single event that happens in your life, it is your responsibility. Changing your life doesn’t happen by blaming. Changing your life doesn’t happen by complaining. Changing your life doesn’t happen by wishing and hoping. Change happens by making change happen. Take ownership of your decisions. Your poor relationship with food is likely not your fault. Odds are you’ve been influenced by diet culture, parents, or social circles. Your pattern of chronic dieting is likely not your fault. Odds are you were led to believe that you need to take extreme measures to lose weight. Guess what.. it’s still your responsibility to change. It’s on you to fix your mindset. It’s on you to repair your relationship with food. It’s on you to break out of that dieting cycle. Asking for help is a great idea. But even then you still need to do the work. No one is going to do it for you. Rather than pointing fingers or complaining about your circumstances.. Take ownership and get to work. Be resilient and resourceful. You are always in control. Never forget that. #Adelaide #Nutrition #FatLoss #Trainer See more

10.01.2022 Ok girls (and fellas), I’m going to let you in on a little secret. Your insulin sensitivity could just be the reason you can’t lose fat. If you haven’t heard of insulin sensitivity, this could be especially important for you. ... When you eat carbs and sugar, even protein, your blood glucose spikes. This is known as high blood sugar levels. And this is not a good thing. Having high blood sugar levels all the time is not what you want when you want to lose fat. Or ever. To help your body lower your blood sugar levels in response to you eating carbs, insulin is released by your pancreas. What a good guy. But just like becoming insensitive to hearing daily Mariah Carey ballads during the Xmas season... Your pancreas/insulin can become insensitive to you constantly consuming high amounts of carbs all the time. Insulin resistance. Not good. If this happens, your glucose is not being shuttled to the right places around your body efficiently enough. Shit. This means that high levels of blood sugar is floating around your bloodstream. Double shit. Keep this up for long enough and you can develop Type II Diabetes. That’s worst case scenario. But for a lot of you, blunt insulin sensitivity can mean onset of chronic inflammation around your body which will absolutely slow down fat loss. Be smart with your carbs. Make sure nutrients and blood glucose are getting pumped around your veins to the right spots. Your sensitivity to insulin and it’s effect on changing your body shape can change substantially with the right food choices. #FatLoss #Coach #Nutrition #Trainer #Adelaide See more

09.01.2022 Nutrition labels exist for a reason. Food scales exist for a reason. Measuring cups and measuring spoons exist for a reason. ... Knowing precisely how much food you’re consuming is critical to making the necessary adjustments in order to reach your goals. You wouldn’t jump in the car and drive blindfolded. You’d have no idea where you’re heading. If something hit you and slowed you down, you’d have no clue what it was. If you did arrive at your destination by miracle, you’d have no idea how you got there. It’s the exact same with tracking your nutrition intake. Calories, macronutrients, carbohydrates, proteins, fats, fibre, micronutrients and alcohol. Data makes the journey quantifiable and therefore, adjustable. You can’t change what you don’t know. Using food measuring tools teaches valuable lessons in portion sizes, food volume, macronutrient composition and control. 06.01.2022 Probably the most meaningful transformation I’ve ever been a part of. This one hit closer to home for me - not just because I had the health abs well-being of my partner in my hands, but also because I knew more than anyone exactly what she’d been through. @tiffanycoaddx lived years of her life in extreme pain.... Constant overwhelming stress led to severe hormonal damage. Daily headaches and migraines caused by trauma and abuse. Chronic neck pain to the point she couldn’t support the weight of her head when walking. Insomnia or broken sleep on a nightly basis. Going days without eating led to complete metabolic damage - to the point she would gain weight even when she ate nothing. All these factors (plus more that aren’t instagram appropriate) led to a broken girl that hid all these pains to the world with a fake smile. Fast forward to now, and anyone that’s had the pleasure of knowing you for the past few years would be so bloody proud of you. I know this, because I know I’m so proud of you. Your physical and mental transformation is nothing short of amazing. Coming from hours of cardio every single day and eating under 800 calories. To now having abs on 2000 calories, with regular programmed diet breaks and no cardio. You’ve redefined what transformations are all about, and inspired those around you. For those that read this and can relate to the overwhelming stuck feeling of not knowing where to start, or wanting to give up because you feel like there’s no hope - keep at it. 06.01.2022 Adelaide peeps. If your values align with having freedom. Just like me; you probably felt the large weight of the rug being pulled from beneath your feet today. ... Less than 12 hours notice, and the powers that be have decided to close all gyms in SA. To ultimately stop my livelihood for 2 weeks. But I’m not mad. I understand it’s for the greater good. In fact, I’m probably handling it better than 99% of my peers in the fitness industry. When I heard the news, I felt a huge feeling of calm; followed almost immediately by overwhelming realisations of how busy I was about to be. I knew what it meant for me. No 1on1 training for at least the next 2 weeks. But let’s be honest, it’s very likely going to be a lot longer than 2 weeks. But as uncertain as I felt about my immediate future, I am completely convinced that so many others, including some of you reading this, will have such a strong feeling of being lost without access to the gym. I completely understand and empathise with you all. I know it’s so much more than just a building to get a pump and take selfies. It’s a haven to escape from the daily stressors of life. It’s a place of comfort and familiarity; in a world that throws new challenges at you every day. It’s bettering yourself mentally and physically, in a world where you can’t speak up about feelings because you’re afraid others won’t understand, or even worse, judge you harshly for how you’re feeling. But in a world of so many unknowns. Where things like today remind us that we truly can’t control that much. Take control of your health. You are in complete control of what goes into your body, and what you let into your mind. My inbox is always open for those that want to prioritise their health. To my current clients, I will continue coaching you out of this. To all those interested, I’m always happy to help you take back your health and wellbeing through nutrition. I’ve tried to be as inclusive as possible for all fitness backgrounds with minimal equipment. If you follow this program 4-days per week, I’m confident you’ll burn fat and at the very least - maintain your current muscle mass; if not grow new muscle. If you’d like a copy, just comment your email address down in the comments and I’ll send it through today. You can absolutely come out of this lockdown stronger, both mentally and physically, than going in. Please tag any friends who may be interested. It’s completely free and my small way of using my skillset to help more people during these unprecedented times. Stay safe!

04.01.2022 So Christmas has come and gone for another year. And even though the time with your family and friends was awesome, You now feel a bit fluffy and guilty about all the extra snacks and drinks you had over the last few days. ... Just take a step back and remind yourself: Not every week is going to be perfect Actually, no week is going to be perfect, really. But if you’re constantly aiming to improve whilst focusing on the positive, that’s a much better mindset than focusing on the negative and then giving up. For example, if you didn’t hit your step goal this week, but they’re way higher than they used to be, that’s progress. If you went over your calories Christmas and Boxing Day, but you didn’t binge like you used to, that’s progress. If you didn’t go to the gym over the last few days, but you’re still working out way more than you used to, that’s progress. And if you can build on the areas (or even one area) next week that you slightly fell down on this week, that’s a sure way to keep making more and more progress. So, stop being so hard on yourself. This shit takes time and a positive mindset. 04.01.2022 Yes. 2020 sucked. And I can guarantee that if you’re just expecting to flip the page in your calendar And bring all your baggage with you into 2021, this year won’t be any better. ... The only thing that will change for sure in 2021 is the date. (and you getting frustrated writing the wrong year, scribbling out 2020 and pencilling in 2021 instead) Just because it’s a new year does NOT guarantee new outcomes. New habits, new commitments and new behaviours by you create new outcomes. Just because you bought a new calendar doesn’t mean you’re going to get a NEW YOU. So what’s going to be different for you this time? I don’t know. Maybe nothing. Maybe everything. Maybe in 2021, it all clicks. While most of last year’s challenges were out of your control, The habits and behaviours you choose to implement in the first few weeks of this year will play the biggest role in impacting your (new) year. Be patient. Stuff takes time. It’s not linear. You will fail and miss some steps. But if you let that derail you, you won’t get there. Stay Hungry. See more

02.01.2022 People are peculiar. I get enquiries about PT/nutrition coaching on a daily basis. And I’m very grateful to be in this position. ... Im also not stupid. I completely understand I’m not for everyone. But the amount of girls (and guys) that come to me and tell me that they can’t afford me... Are almost always the same ones that I see rocking brand new sneakers and gym clothes every week And usually, the same people I see looking the exact same after a month in the gym. What a coincidence. Even after 3 months; or 6 months down the track Their bodies still look the exact same. Even though I see them day in, day out in the gym. Just with cooler sneakers. In essence, this tells me they value showing off with new shoes over changing their body. They value being seen in cool clothes more than looking after their health and losing fat. For all my clients, I ask for a significant investment in order to work with me. But I take pride in my prices, because it very quickly shows me which people place their health and well-being at the top of their priority list For most of my clients, the investment that I’m asking from them is nothing in exchange for the opportunity to finally feel happy in their own body Those that choose to work with me have already shown me that changing their body is important to them Because if it wasn’t They simply wouldn’t part with their money. What you value, what you give attention to, what you dedicate time and effort to - these all tell a story as to what you value and what’s important to you. If you think investing in a gym membership, or a custom training plan, or a personalised meal plan are all too expensive. That’s fine But don’t get complain when you value new outfits, eating out, take-away coffees and useless supplements more than being in the same spot month after month. Ask yourself what’s really more important to you. A new pair of kicks; or investing in yourself to finally get in the best shape of your life? #Adelaide #Coach #FatLoss #Nutrition #Trainer See more
