25.01.2022 My advice to any candidate looking for a new role is never apply to a role that doesn't match your skills, even to see if you can get a foot in the door. Do not apply to all roles advertised while also using multiple recruiters. You need to be targeted and strategic in your career moves and flooding your availability to your market devalues you, creates complications and reduces your ability to negotiate salaries etc. Much like dating you don't want to ask every person that... is single for a date. Do your research and get ahead of the game and apply to decent headhunters that know your industry and ask them to reverse market you to organisations that are right for your career and match your values.
