19.01.2022 Ok let’s get DEEP!! Each week I get 10-15 calls about training sessions. It’s the same conversation each time. If you want your child to do a 60 minute session for $10 with a group of 10 other kids that’s your decision. ... Let me break it down for you 60 Minutes 10 Kids Equals 6 mins of one on one training with each kid. So effectively you are paying $10 per coaching for 6 minutes of Individual training. Let me do the maths for you. You are effectively paying $100 per hour over 10 weeks to do one individual session. Why not invest In a weekly one on one session with a coach who is not interested in $$$ who is interested In the weekly growth and development of your child??? For $30 per session I WILL develop your child. I see so many trainers teaching players absolutely bullshit moves that they will never use. ... I recently had the pleasure of training a group of under 16 kids. I was amazed that half of these kids who were representative players didn’t even know what a drop-step was!! C’mon if your going to train kids teach them the basic fundamentals. Yes fundamentals can be boring (blah blah blah ) Here is a free tip.... why not put the FUN in FUNdamentals. Ill be HONEST I’ve never really been a huge Bogut fan but I tell you one thing. I’ve always thought his pregame warmup and shooting routine was the best I’ve ever seen. #KeepItSimple #FUNdamentals #PlayYourRole

01.01.2022 Storytelling time that I haven’t really shared with anybody in July 2018 I was lucky enough to be working in Santa Ana, Orange County, California. My job had me managing 40 under 16 basketball players from Queensland, Australia. The hotel that we were staying at was the same hotel as the @bigballerbrand team. I found out that the kids had been knocking on @melo door and asking for autographs. I wanted to put a stop to this as I didn’t want the BBB guys to get annoyed wi...th our guys. I decide to knock on Melos door and politely introduce myself as Tour Manager and to apologise to him about the actions of the touring group. He invited me in and I had the privilege of talking to him for 20 minutes about Australia and about basketball in general. The maturity and respect he gave to me at such young age will be something I will never forget. This kid is already a superstar #Respect
