25.01.2022 Who will be my 5? Clinically diagnosed anxiety is not just being a bit worried, you cant just "chill out a bit" or "get over it". It eats into your well being, your confidence, your health and your life and it is 24/7. When someone cancels, or ducks out, or makes a pathetic excuse please understand that it isnt personal, it isnt laziness, it isnt being rude. Its because they cant physically do it. When someone needs supporting/encouraging/ hand holding it isnt pathe...tic, it isnt attention seeking, it isnt childish - its because they are desperate to beat it but cant do it alone. "Anxiety sucks, being isolated and believing your friends dont care sucks even more . How many of you have had a night out planned, or arranged coffee or a beer with friends and suddenly the 4 walls you inhabit seem the only safe haven because its the only place you dont have to pretend you are ok, so you cancel. Or when you are invited out you tell them how terribly sorry you are, but youre already booked up that weekend, when you are actually just really busy holding it together in your safe box. So the first problem starts, all by itself. People stop asking you and the isolation that at first wasnt true becomes your only truth. Please dont give up on your friends. Ring them if they dont reply to a message. They really do want to talk, they just dont know how to say it some days. And in work every passing comment is a negative, you constantly do more to get over the feeling you are not good enough. The exhaustion from not sleeping because you panic all night over what you cannot influence means you make mistakes, you live in a fog and it is a vicious circle. Im going to make a bet, without being pessimistic, that out of my Facebook friends that less than 5 will take the time to put this on their wall to help raise awareness of and for those who have mental health difficulties. You just have to copy it from my wall and paste it to yours. Who will be my 5 ... I wonder? Mental Health Awareness See more

19.01.2022 Happy #autisticprideday from Yellow Ladybugs! What are you proud of? We would love to hear. Autistic pride points out that autistic people have always been an i...mportant part of human culture. Being autistic is a form of neurodiversity. As with all forms of neurodiversity, most of the challenges autistic people face come from other peoples attitudes about autism and a lack of supports and accommodations (ableism), rather than being essential to the autistic condition". 17.01.2022 Got gut issues LifeVantage ProBio uses ingredients to time release probiotics deep in your gastrointestinal tract to support optimal digestion. The time release technology is called DrCaps and enables Probio to start dissolving 52 minutes after taking the capsule. This means that the capsule disintegrates in the small intestine allowing all the good bacteria to be absorbed into the body. Most other probiotics disintegrates after 7 minutes meaning that the good bacteria is killed off in the stomach acid. This together with the clinically proven and high quality strains of bacteria used in this product makes it extremely effective.

08.01.2022 What an amazing day and evening. I’m so extremely proud and grateful for all the love and support we received today. My girls did an amazing job and they overcame so manY personal hurdles to get to the ball this evening. A special thankyou to Emily for her quiet calmness , overcoming sensory issues, hair clips and even stepping in to take some gorgeous photos. For Our fabulous partners and their parents who made our girls feel like princesses, to the nursing home staff that a...llowed us in for a grandparent moment and to the fabulous teachers of past and present who supported , drove the car and stayed inside the ,sensory overloaded dance party. These pictures show snippets of a day well planned and highly structured. Most of all I want to acknowledge my two strong, resilient children who when faced with some challenges ( dress breakage and even a fall) managed to hold themselves together and keep going. The absolute joy in these photos will live in my heart forever. See more

04.01.2022 Shared so we know we are not alone.

02.01.2022 Scott Morrison wants our schools to stay open, yet he has protected his MPs by isolating them for weeks. We are asking that all Members of Parliament spend a we...ek in the classrooms at their local public schools, in the exact conditions that teachers will be facing. This will help dispel fears and raise public confidence. MPs should be based in infants and primary classes, predominantly, to assist with social distancing but also ensure the one-on-one support. Bringing jigsaw puzzles, especially to help amuse students during any wet-weather duties, is optional. MPs may wear masks and gloves if they like.

01.01.2022 Some fantastic groups to join

01.01.2022 We are carers, we are all here to look after these precious children. keep up the good work everyone
