To answer the questions, how to identify so many talents in the past; I would say that whether in professional football or youth level, football has today a big focus on breaking lines. ... When watching a promising young player, of course his build and speed are important, but can he change direction of the game? Can he play the right pass? Can he break lines? But for the most important ; does he have a quick mind? Technical ability and tactical development are more important than ever, as physicality and athleticism are often close to each other and can be trained. Obviously there are much more to it, but in general would put these topics on top of my observation.

Messi would look for both the wing...ers who would start their early runs from deep and meet the ball , heading for goal. Eventually Real Madrid started to block this play but often they struggled , especially when you have a player like Messi to contest with . Positional training and the correct timing is key. 19.01.2022 Coaching at the advance level means you have to learn concepts that you are able to educate advance learners to achieve an outcome that is beyond the normal . Take the framing of positional play . Everyone talks about playing out from the back , but do coaches really understand the layers that are beyond this .... Positional Play does not consist of passing the ball horizontally, but something much more difficult: it consists of generating superiorities behind each line of pressure. It can be done more or less quickly, more or less vertically, more or less grouped, but the only thing that should be maintained at all times is the pursuit of superiority. Or to put it another way: create free men between the lines. Now can coaches coach this and can players understand this concept by demonstrating it in a competitive match . So much to learn. This is my conversation starter for today , regards coach Timothy Dakis .

During this period the coach could choose to play 2 games of 3v3 or 1 game of 6v6 which would have a huge impact on the number of decision-making opportunities. The result was this ... ... If they played 3v3 instead of 6v6 each player would have 136,500 increased decision-making opportunities across their education! What is your feedback on this ?
