06.01.2022 So what is WOMBAT? WOMBAT is a model for self development. It is a transformation program comprised of six letters which stand for something important. W-is for Whole-when you Work for the Whole you create meaning by contributing to others or society in a larger way. This gives you meaning and purpose which results in happiness. Take a moment to reflect on How You Work for the Whole. If you don't what can you do to contribute to others? Not only does this lead to happiness it is a great antidote for depression or anxiety. Over the coming weeks we will explore each letter of WOMBAT in detail. Enjoy and please comment as we go.
