Barista workshops with Sharelle available now, taking reservations now for her first workshop to begin as soon as her first class of 5 students has been filled. Hands on, tentative tutoring, lots of practice and professional guidance. Sharelle has over 12 years industry experience, her previous roles include; restaurant manager (Queens wharf), senior barista and trainer (Snow’s fine foods), product demonstrator and... sales rep (Saeco coffee international), Coffee sales representative (Segafredo Zanetti) and head barista/supervisor at Coal espresso. Her previous experience in the industry has always been in high volume, not only can she teach you how to make the perfect espresso shot, silky milks and beautiful latte art, but she can also show you how to find an efficient flow in fast paced work environments. Sharelle also has extensive experience with staff training that was gained through her management experience. In addition, she has studied teaching at a university level and knows how to structure a lesson so that is is informative, easy to follow and effective for every student. Beginner and intermediate workshops available. Be one of the first 5 students to enrol and receive both 3 hour intensive workshops for the price of one.
