11.01.2022 60 treasurers attended a capacity building workshop today at Lake Kawana Community centre today facilitated by the SC CoCB (Ana Greenfield and David Browning) with the support of the Sunshine Coast Council and the Qld Communities Foundation. It was a great success with treasurers across the coast wanting to connect more regularly to share information.

11.01.2022 The third and final 'Planning for Small Community Organisations' workshop happened this morning. Across the three sessions, their have been 14 organisations who have had committee members attend. For Bea, Ian and I it was a treat to hear stories of local community groups, discuss governance and share processes, (and you don't often hear "processes discussions" talked about in a positive light), so we are thankful for your input. We have one more event to finish up 2019 - that's the Breaky Forum. Might see you there.
