As much as we would love to be open right now and welcome you all again, we are taking some time to renovate, restructure and recharge. The 3 R’s! 03.01.2022 Well isn’t this just a tad exciting. Here I am with winemaker Alain sampling our first ever Rose from our vineyard. And yes, we’re impressed! We have made this wine in a dry style, using 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Flavours of strawberry and raspberry on the palate with a subtle and delicious creaminess to finish. What a fantastic wine to sit and sip with friends. Our lucky Cellar Club members will be the first to sample this wine before we officially release it later this year.
