13.01.2022 COVID-19 update... Business as usual. Dear clients, friends, and family, ... As we enter a challenging time for most Australians, we wish to reach out and say we are still operational, however in the short term will be making small changes to comply with COVID-19 conditions. As an owner-operated business, the builder is onsite installing your pool, so the impact to our current structure will be minimal in these changing times. As per the Master Builders guidelines on dealing with this crisis, we will be putting into place measures whilst onsite to reduce risk to ourselves, workers, and lovely clients. Your family is as important as ours, so we will be respecting the social distancing guidelines, as well as enforcing hygiene practices. We are reaching out to our suppliers to assess the impact and availability of product. In the coming months this may mean sourcing from other companies where necessary if there are issues with supply. Given social distancing practices, during this time we will be limiting site inspections unless crucial. We are looking forward to continuing work with our clients to build their dream pools in the future. If you have uncertainty about future holidays in this time and would like to consider a pool instead, we are more than happy to look through plans and give ideas.
