25.01.2022 Another bathroom renovation starting to come together.

24.01.2022 A repair job on a deck we completed just in time for Christmas. Full replacement of all joist and pine decking. Replaced with new joists and merbau decking.

24.01.2022 Nice little job in Lennox Heads. Owners had a wrap around veranda they could not use in summer due to the heat. They old roof and battens have been removed and 50mm insulated panels installed. The finish product not only looks great but has made the area feel bigger and easy very easy to maintain.

23.01.2022 A flooring job completed this week, floor was water affected and a small section was replaced. Floor was a gloss finish that was 10 years old. We have finished the floor in a satin finish. It has changed the whole feel of the house.

11.01.2022 Recently we had the pleasure of helping a young couple in Tweed renovate their bathroom that was extremely poorly build and caused the couple a lot a stress with constant water leaks. The previous owner had installed a new shower tray on top of the old one. By no means a standard building practise. The end result has resulted is a very functional bathroom that the owners can now use.

10.01.2022 We started another bathroom renovation on Monday for young couple who could not claim on insurance for escape of water. After completing the demolition it become extremely evident why the shower had been leaking. I have never in 30 years of building have I seen a shower tray installed on top of another shower tray. The builder( more like bad handyman) had removed wall linings so it would have cost nothing to remove old tray. Sad things is this was just the start of unbelievab...le things. Whilst Johnny was removing bath he noticed It starting to delaminate but what he found was the original metal bath underneath the acrylic bath. Someone had cut and glued acrylic bath to old bath. Both of these things have cost more to patch up very badly then it would have cost to do properly. Please ensure you use qualified people, cheapest not always best
