14.01.2022 Between children, after school activities, work and study I can sometimes find it hard to do enough exercise I have now found a 7min workout app in my play store. Best thing ever Have a look in your app stores for short workouts and do them a couple of times.... They’re easy to do at home and usually use body weight so no equipment needed Happy Thursday everyone
