24.01.2022 TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENTS While we have made online Telehealth appointments available we cannot guarantee the time of your phone call. Please do not call reception to ask what time your Doctor will be calling you as this is tying up our phone lines.... The bulk of our Telehealth appointments are in the morning between 8am and 12noon. If you have made a Telehealth appointment, please ensure you have your phone on and with you. If you require a particular time for a Telehealth appointment or if you are unable to book online, please call us on 43331222. We will do our utmost to get your Doctor to call you about your health concerns.

22.01.2022 We are still open delivering quality healthcare during this ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. We understand that this is a stressful, uncertain and anxiety-provoking time for many of our patients and have implemented some additional procedures in regard to booking appointments to ensure the safety of all our patients and staff. Our reception staff are happy to assist you with your enquiries and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we attend to your needs, however rude or... aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS Regular patients of the practice who have visited in the last 12 months can make a Telehealth appointment with their usual GP via telephone - if you require a face to face appointment you can discuss this with your GP during the telephone consultation. New patients & patients who require skin cancer checks are asked to call 4333 1222 WHEN PRESENTING TO THE PRACTICE Our doors are locked to ensure the safety of our patients and staff if you have an appointment please knock and our receptionists will let you in. Only patients with appointments (& their carers or those with toddlers) will be allowed into the practice. Temperature checks will be done at reception & COVID-19 questions will be asked. Please do not come to the practice if you do not have an appointment or are suffering from respiratory symptoms (cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, fever) or if you have been overseas, to Victoria, or been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19. SCRIPTS If your GP has written a script for you, these will be faxed to your normal Pharmacy. Scripts from morning appointments will be available at the Pharmacy by 2.30pm. Scripts from afternoon appointments will be available at your Pharmacy by 9am the following day. If your script is urgent, please inform your GP at the time of your consultation.

All of our Doctors are available to see existing patients and are happy to have new patients join our practice. If you need a script or a referral, or if you’re feeling unwell your Doctor can discuss this over the phone with you and determine an appropriate course of action.... Whilst restrictions are in place across NSW we are limiting the number of patients who can enter our practice. Your safety and the safety of our staff is our priority. We will be with you throughout this difficult time, however we ask that you follow these simple steps:... DO NOT come into the practice without an appointment CALL 4333 1222 to make an appointment with your GP To ensure your safety and the safety of our staff we are trying to limit the number of patients who are coming into our practice, so your usual GP will be doing a telehealth consultation with you first. Many of your concerns can be addressed in a phone call with your GP without the need for you to leave your home. If you are required to come to the practice your GP will organise this appointment with you. WHEN YOU ARRIVE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT Do not arrive too early for your appointment Do not bring family members or friends to the appointment with you, unless absolutely necessary (e.g. carers, toddlers). If you do arrive early, we ask that you wait in your car or outside until your appointment time. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
