To make it a bit ore exciting, my new stock arrived today! Quite a few beautiful clients have had mats on back order and have been waiting very patiently for the new stock, thank you so much everyone! Your mats will be on their way to you shortly!... Mats can also be picked up/ purchased directly from Nourished Earth from Wednesday this week and will be on display at a couple of selected studios - watch this space

05.01.2022 Coastal Dreaming... I dream of being able to do this. I don't have enough balance and keep on falling off the surfboard. But - through #yoga - my balance is improving a little every day so there is hope. Currently I am blessed to do yoga on the beach while watching the surfers getting in their morning excercise. Do you combine surf and yoga? Are you finding it mutually beneficial?
