23.01.2022 If your kids love snow cones, then this is a fantastic healthy alternative, great for sunny days by the pool! 1 Lime, Juice of 1 Lime, zest... 1kg (around 1/2 watermelon) watermelon flesh, chopped Cut the watermelon into chunks and blend together with some lime juice and a little lime zest. Transfer the mixture into a shallow, freezable container then cover and freeze. Stir the mixture after a couple of hours and pop it back in the freezer Repeat in another two hours time. It should be ready to serve after around six hours. The freezing time will depend on the size of the container you use. Enjoy See more
