17.01.2022 In the last few months I know it has been a trying time for many people both personally and running a business. I am doing my best to keep stock on the shelves and prices down, and believe we offer a great service that is convenient to those in the Lake Macquarie and Hunter area. I work out of business hours and throughout the weekend (every weekend) and stay on top of questions / enquiries as best I can. Unfortunately I am seeing more "rude" customers both in the shop and vi...a messages and text. If you can buy the supplies for "cheaper" elsewhere, (and happy to pay shipping and wait for them to arrive) then by all means please do. I probably wont reply to a text message at 10pm at night or via messenger or 6am in the morning (yes people have called and text at that time) - I may even take a day or 2 to get back to you due to all the orders I am trying to get out.
