24.01.2022 Last weekends final BeachCare events at Tallebudgera were bitter-sweet. We had such a lovely day and were overwhelmed at the kind words and enthusiastic participation from everyone who turned up. We managed to remove 44.3Kg of weeds and 38.34Kg of Rubbish and planted 120 native dune plants! Fantastic work! Thanks #RegenAustralia for the beautiful plants. Thank you to all our volunteers and to #SurfriderFoundationGoldCoastTweed for your support. We will miss you all, please take care of your beaches!!!

14.01.2022 A heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended the Surfers Paradise and rescheduled Labrador BeachCare events on Saturday. Despite a rainy start it was a lovely and very productive day, with 80 native dune plants planted across both sites. We managed to collect 16.6 Kg of rubbish and 13.2Kg of weeds at Surfers and an astounding 24.2 Kg of Rubbish and 1.7kg of weeds at Labrador!! Enthusiastic volunteers included the general community, Benowa State High students, SSHIPS Interact Club, #SamOConnorMP & #SurfriderFoundationGoldCoastTweed. Thanks legends!!
