09.01.2022 Ok I tried looking up what the differences are between grazing tables and grazing platters.......I come up with nothing. To me the only difference is the sizes and one is a table and one is a platter or board. As to what to put on your grazing table/boards I think is just personal taste, foods you like, variety and colour. The photo I've attached is of a small grazing table we made and I filled it with food for my 50th birthday party (notice I actually have a paring knife ...not a cheese knife...refering to my previous post re cheese knives :) ) I personally like a lot of cheeses, meats eg salami, prosciuto, cabonossi, kabana, dips, crackers, onions, olives, pickles, carrots and decorate with some grapes and even parsley. But a grazing board can be used for any type of food, for example breakfast, you could do an english breakfast with eggs, sausages, beans (in a bowl on the platter) bread, bacon, avacado. Or maybe a fruit and cheese platter, a fruit platter, a platter full of salads, a sweets platter, a lolly platter! So many different and fun ways you could display your food!
