24.01.2022 God I love this old man. Elmo is 15 and a half years old and has been coming to me since he was 4 months old. He is the perfect client. He has never strayed to try new groomers who have come and gone, he comes regularly and is always on time. He never whines if I need to increase my pricing and never whinges at me if he needs to wait a couple of weeks to get in. He loves his grooming and quietly has a nap when it is all over waiting for his family to pick him up. Every groomers dream. A massive thank you to all of my wonderful Coastal Grooming Mobile Pet Spa customers (and their gorgeous dogs who never fail to put a big smile on my face!) for their support and understanding during this crazy year- I couldn't have done it without you!
