17.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Just a reminder that on Sunday the 11th of September there will be a state training day at Springers Leisure Center in Keysborough. I will confirm the time. The training days generally have Karate, Muay Thai and Krav Maga.

On Saturday was the Victorian State Grading Day. Adrienne achieved her Second Degree Black Belt and teaching title of Dai Sempai. She was assisted on the day by Kyoshi Andrew and Sempai Vadim. 13.01.2022 A massive Monday night for Coastal Warriors. Anton achieved his Orange singlet in Muay Thai. Craig and Jimmy were presented with the Family Cross. The cross shows appreciation for their contributions to the club and system. Congratulations to all! A reminder to all that tonight is the last night of training for the year. We will come back on the 9th of January 2017. We are looking forward to seeing new and old faces in the next year!
