12.01.2022 The multipasses have arrived from the printer! So its $15 a class with a 10 class multipass (25% discount), $17 a class with a 6 class multipass (15% discount), and otherwise a standard casual rate of a very reasonable $20 a class. Multipasses are valid for over 12 months and dont have to be used in consecutive weeks; so you dont lose out when you cant make it to class. www.coastalyoga.com.au... 07.01.2022 New Class Start Time Hi Saturday Yogis, from tomorrow onwards the class time has been changed from Saturdays 7am to Saturdays 7:30am, but will still run for 90 minutes (so finishing at 9am). Hope you've all had a great break and I'll see you tomorrow at 7:30am!... Warm regards, Todd.

01.01.2022 In class on Saturdays youll always see a cat, a downward dog, and maybe a pigeon or an eagle, but if you were at the beach in Sorrento in front of the hall this morning you would have had the unusual treat of seeing a MASSIVE 2000kg (and apparently hes not fully grown) elephant seal slapping and belly scratching his way through a big nap. Amazing. See you all Saturday.
