16.01.2022 Saturday was a super special day for us. Seeing our Sense Rugby legends cope in an environment they had never been in and that previously had been a barrier to them being part of a sporting team, was amazing. To say we are proud is an understatement. I think I was just as nervous as they were leading up to it but they out did themselves! The kids were also surprised by having Olympian, Rugby 7’s player and Co-Founder Jesse Parahi and Carlien Parahi come down to see our amazing team in action! They were so impressed with how far our team had come and the talent we had! We love seeing the improvements our team make in all areas of their lives and this will forever be one we won’t forget anytime soon

12.01.2022 Are you looking to get out of the hustle and bustle or follow your true passion as an OT? Would you like to be apart of an award winning team and business? We are seeking fun, passionate, enthusiastic and motivated therapist to join our ever growing team! Part time or full time is welcome to apply- we want to work with you and your personal needs! You will be joining us for weekly supervision, fun Christmas parties, group professional development, Sense Rugby (our awesome inc...lusive rugby program) and mandatory Friday afternoon team meetings! Full time or part time positions are available. We don't believe in KPI's- we believe in making smiles, so we do not have a minimum daily billable hour target to meet. Our clients come first and foremost and we value all the work our therapist complete, even when it is not billable. We are seeking therapist in Moruya and Narooma to tend to our large waitlists. Your impact will be providing evidence based therapies to children aged 18 months to 18 years under the NDIS and Medicare. You will provide therapy within the home, school, preschool or our clinic space, working within all facets of your clients life. We have a brand new clinic, providing all resources and the latest assessments for our therapist. Admin support is also provided to help our therapist be the best they can be! We pride ourselves on evidence based practice and working with our community and other providers to achieve the best outcomes for our clients. We believe in allowing our therapist to follow their true passions and be the best OT's they've always wanted to be. We support our therapist to engage in extra studies and program development that will enhance the lives of individuals within our community. We provide a professional development budget every year to complete courses of your choosing to enhance your career and our clients wellbeing. After the recent South Coast bushfires, our community needs us more than ever so we are hoping to recruit some extra team members to assist us! Please contact Jess on 0422403684 or [Email address hidden] if you have any further questions or queries.
