25.01.2022 Archery Australia (Semi National) Back to Archery Round Three. Yesterday we shot in horrible rainy conditions but still put the scores on the doors! This time around we added Crossbow and Longbow to the mix!... Here is a round up of current standings in top three positions. 19.01.2022 Well it's looking like Coast Archers did pretty well in the National Back to Archery Tournament #1 at the weekend. Sorry we don't have any photos These are the the top three rankings for our team out of Australia for last weekend Handicap: ... Holly # 2 Jamie # 1 David Simcock # 1 Nathaniel # 1 Anabela # 1 Kerry # 2 Kirk # 1 David Tucker # 1 Those were the handicap results, but special mention for actual arrow scores: Actual scores: Holly # 2 Jamie # 1 Kelvin # 2 Kerry # 2 Anabela # 2 Kirk # 1 I think that deserves a big clap of hands. We don't have a huge team, but we have a strong team. Well done all!!!

19.01.2022 Congratulations to Kirk, Kerry, Holly, Jamie and Barry Palmer for all achieving first place in the Metropolitan Championships!!! Well done Anabela for coming second in Div 4 Recurve and to David Simcock for coming second in the Short Canberra. And a well done for the rest of the Coast Archers team, overall we did well.... I would also like to congratulate Kirk for ranking overall number 1 male compound in NSW as of lunchtime today!!! We haven't results for the team comps yet so stay posted!

15.01.2022 On 7 March, Warringah Archers are putting on a female only event - It sounds like a fun day with prizes being awarded throughout the day. We have Kerry and Holly registered to take part in this event. There are rounds for nearly every ability and the top prize is a BCE Target!!!

We received some awards and medals today: Holly # 1 female cub compound James # 1 male cub compound David # 1 and 2 in Intermediate Male compound... Kerry #1 in Div 3 and 1 in Div 2 Kirk, well Kirk came first Our Recurve team came 3rd well done! And the last photo doesn't relate to the metro but Barry received a 'perfect end' pin for Clout

07.01.2022 Out in force for the Metro!

07.01.2022 Probably one our largest contingents of Coast Archers in recent history to attend a tournament this was the Warringah Open held on the Northern Beaches. We had 8 Compounders and 4 Recurvers... Well done to everyone, especially the newbies and also David and Holly that both competed in the open division which is well above their age group!... A good day was had by all and it was a very well run event!

So if you are a witty clout captain, or designer of state of the art clout mirrors or can do an article on longbow clout (cos I have no idea how you do it), let us know if you would like... to contribute. No one covers this archery discipline so I thought we can own it!
