22.01.2022 @ruby_tuesday_21 little salty babe wearing her sunset knit & couldn’t look any cuter! I have been surfing every morning the last two weeks, just being down the beach at 630 am as the sun shines through the clouds is so peaceful - starting the day with a little gratitude makes the world of difference! I actually felt like I was in Indo this morning I can’t wait for one day when the world returns back to some what normal to be on a family surf trip. It is the absolute best creating a lifestyle for your little grom’s.

22.01.2022 We may be delayed in our stock but we are here with you all right now through this crazy time - it has been a little motivating! Try shifting the mind frame of being stuck in a pandemic . It’s true it is happening but it isn’t good for the soul! I feel like we have done more around home and changed the foods we eat more than ever. And for the BETTER. We have spent time outside doing random jobs laughing and being frustrated but it’s been fun! Our smoothies in the morning... are EPIC have got that cold creamy flavour down packed I have made vegan treats that taste even better than the sugar filled snack I would normally eat. We have been connected as a family and you can really feel a shift in change. There are so many positives around us think of them shift the mood shift the change. 20.01.2022 Have you seen our sunshine dress in our SALE section made from terry towelling this is the best chuck on & go dress. having little grom’s running around makes you appreciate the world in such a beautiful way. Today Watching luca play with the fish in the water thinking it was just the best thing ever made me realise it actually was the best thing ever and anything I was worried about this morning didn’t even matter. don’t forget to tag @_coastco_ on your adventures!

20.01.2022 How spunky is @zacman_andfam in his VINTAGE STRIPE tee we have had a few DMs asking if we are bringing out some long sleeves. The Answer is YES, pink stone wash for the girls and mustard stone wash for the boys. We have decided not to go ahead with any other winter items including our knits.As we all know circumstances at the moment are so un predictable with everyone’s personal situations. It is safer for us to focus on spring/summer! Soo look out for the EPICNESS

12.01.2022 One positive about the cold weather is how bloody cute your grom looks all snugged up in a knitted jumper! Today we went upto the look out for about 5 minutes before we got rained on it was well worth the view tho! The water went calm and the sky reflected off the ocean, I found myself smiling. There really is beauty in everything. 07.01.2022 Sunday mode in full swing! @zacman_andfam looking spunking as ever wearing the VINTAGE STRIPE TEE. . The weekend is nearly over which means our MARKET SALE ends 12pm tonight. . Also something I have just read on here which just clicked and I would like to share~ it was about how watching the news and all the negative stories going on around the world including Corona19 is aiming to put us into the feeling of trauma. Any trauma you felt as a child growing up watching... these episodes are triggering your inner anxiety and putting you into fight or flight mode. Things you wouldn’t even think could effect you in certain ways will trigger your inner child and you will react in ways you only knew how to as a child. Some people have panic bought some haven’t, we all only know how to react to things through our own life experiences. ONE THING is you have absolutely no control over what is going on in the world right now except for the way you respond. Turn the TV off don’t have it going in the afternoon before bed because it will most likely disrupt your sleep. We haven’t had a TV for 3 weeks because our antenna broke it has actually been the best thing ever! My mum has rung me in panic flight or fight mode telling me to do this & that we ended up telling her to stop doing this because it was giving me anxiety and bringing up triggers to make me feel panic.
